Yesterday, I received the first test pressing of my Jackson Park 7 inch. I had never heard my music on vinyl and I was afraid that it would suck. Added to my anxiety was the fact that this was a lathe cut record as opposed to pressed. For those who don’t know, there are some lathe cut records that have really awful audio quality and you must be careful in what company you select to cut the record.
I was pleasantly surprised how well the record sounds! The bass was deep and balanced, and the highs were crisp and sweet. So I want to thank “In the Clouds Records” for all of their hard work.
Audio samples will come soon.
